I want to expand my storage pool to the tr-004. I go to storage pool management and select "expand pool" and then "create and add new Raid group" on that page to the right is a selection and the Tr-004 is greyed out and when i hover over it a message comes up saying "not supported currently" please can you help on this matter?

Answer:
You need to create a new storage pool or volume from the TR-004 hard drives.
Can set the DIP switch to Software Ctrl mode.
The existing storage pool/volume in NAS cannot be expanded by adding a new RAID Group using the hard drives from TR-004.

Note:2. The TR-004 can only be used as an individual storage pool or volume on the NAS. Its storage pool/volume cannot be combined into the connected NAS. NAS applications cannot be installed on the TR-004.
