Yes. Both device models, QSN-3000 and QSN-3050, are designed to run QuTS MEGA, which supports the clustering of compatible QNAP NAS devices.

You can safely join QSN-3000 and QSN-3050 nodes to the same QuTS MEGA cluster to form a unified scale-out NAS solution.

Note

Differences in hardware specifications between the nodes in a cluster may impact overall cluster performance. For optimal results, consult with QNAP when planning cluster expansion or addressing performance imbalances.
