Answer
No, you cannot mix HDDs and SSDs in the same RAID group.
If you try to create a RAID group with both HDDs and SSDs, the system will give you a warning and prevent you from continuing.
Please select only disks of the same type when creating a RAID group.
Note
In QTS, although Qtier allows HDDs and SSDs to be mixed in a storage pool, the disks must be separated into different tiers according to their disk type. Because each tier has its own RAID group, Qtier does not allow HDDs and SSDs to be mixed within a single tier.
