Why does QTS keep reminding me to install QVHelper even though I have installed QVHelper?

If you use Microsoft Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge to access QTS, this issue may arise from your intranet settings in Microsoft Internet Explorer. To resolve this issue, follow these steps.

  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Click “Tools” on the top-right corner.
  3. Select “Internet Options”.
  4. Go to “Security”.
  5. Select “Local intranet”.
  6. Click “Sites”.
  7. Deselect “Include all local (intranet) sites not listed in other zones”.
  8. Click “OK”.
  9. Click “Apply”.
  10. Restart Internet Explorer.
