Why can’t I use True Image 2013 by Acronis to browse and back up data on the NAS?

This is a known problem that has been addressed by the software developer. For now, if you need to use True Image 2013 to back up data on the NAS, please specify the absolute file path (e.g. \nasnameauthenticationfolder extfolder).
