- Make sure the IP address of the Turbo NAS is on the same subnet of your PC.
- Clear the cookies & cache in IE browser, or remove Proxy settings and try again.
- Restart the Turbo NAS.
- Reset network configuration and administrator password to default by pressing the reset button of the machine. This will also clear the security settings which may prevent the access to the PC.
