I am unable to login to Qcontactz. What should I do?

This situation may arise due to Container Station being disabled or uninstalled.
Follow the steps below if Container Station is disabled:

  1. Start/Enable Container Station in the App Center.
  2. Stop/Disable Qcontactz in the App Center.
  3. Enable/Start Qcontactz in the App Center.

Follow the steps if Container Station has been uninstalled:

  1. Reinstall and open Container Station.
  2. Choose the same path to store Container Station data (same path as used in the previous installation) and click "Start Now".
  3. You will be prompted to either keep the old data or to create a new folder. Click "Keep".
  4. Stop/Disable Qcontactz in the App Center
  5. Enable/Start Qcontactz in the App Center.
  6. Launch Qcontactz and your data will be recovered.
