How do I fix connection problems (collect QNAP NAS log/ QNAP NAS configuration, etc) when I monitor a QNAP NAS via myQNAPcloud address and change the Q'center LAN IP afterward?

Ensure that the new Q'center LAN IP is updated on myQNAPcloud and then check if the forwarded service port is changed (for example: 8080 > 8090).

If the port is changed, please modify the current Q'center IP/ Port at the QNAP NAS with Q'center Agent.
