After login on QTS system, it keeps displaying in blue and always shows “loading”

Scenario

After logging in to QTS login page, the system would hang in the blue “loading” screen. 


Solution

You could try performing the following steps to regain access:

  1. Clear the cache of the browser.
  2. Log in to the NAS via SSH and enter the 2 commands:
    mv /etc/config/.qos_config   /etc/config/.qos_config.old
    /etc/init.d/thttpd.sh restart
  3. If the volume is full, connect to the NAS via SMB and remove some files.

Once done, refresh the browser and login again.
