Why can't I install HDP for SaaS on my TS-431XeU NAS?
Starting from version 2.4, the product previously known as Boxafe has been renamed to HDP for SaaS.

Overview
If HDP for SaaS fails to install on your NAS device, or successfully installs but fails to run, then HDP for SaaS may not support your NAS model. If HDP for SaaS does not support your NAS model, HDP for SaaS may not install correctly or run correctly on your device. You may not recieve any error messages informing you that HDP for SaaS does not support your device, however if HDP for SaaS can be installed and run on your device, then your NAS model is supported by HDP for SaaS and you should not encounter any further compatibility issues.
Supported NSA models and requirements
HDP for SaaS supports the following NAS models:
- 64-bit Intel-based NAS models
- 64-bit AMD-based NAS models
- 64-bit ARM-based NAS models
Additionally, the following requirements must be meet:
- Your NAS has at least 2 GB of available memory
If your NAS device does not meet the requirements, you may not be able to install or run HDP for SaaS on your device.

The following NAS devices are not supported by HDP for SaaS:
