I have a Turbo NAS with RAID expansion enclosures connected. What should I do if the RAID expansion enclosures are broken?

Answer:

Please shut down the system first. If the disks are not faulty, they can be moved from the failed expansion device, and then installed to the new one (with the same order from the failed expansion device.) After rebooting, please use the ”Restore” function in Storage Manager.
