iSCSI & Fibre Channel

Answer

You can bind an iSCSI target to one or more network interfaces so that the iSCSI target can only be accessed via specific network interfaces and IP addresses of the NAS.

To configure an iSCSI target's network binding settings, follow these steps:

  1. Open iSCSI & Fibre Channel.
  2. Go to iSCSI Storage.
  3. Select an iSCSI target.
  4. Click Action > Modify.
The Modify an iSCSI Target window opens.
  5. Click Network Portal.
    The network binding settings appear.
  6. Optional: Select one or more network interfaces to bind to the iSCSI target.
  7. Optional: Deselect one or more network interfaces to unbind from the iSCSI target.
  8. Click Apply.
iSCSI & Fibre Channel saves the settings.
