Could I upgrade the plan from monthly to yearly for myQNAPcloud storage?

QNAP software store does not support to upgrade the monthly plan of myQNAPcloud storage to a yearly plan. You have to cancel the monthly plan first, wait until the grace period expires, then subscribe a new yearly plan.
