Solution

By design, newly added QuWAN hubs are not automatically authorized as QuWAN QBelt VPN servers. This security measure prevents unauthorized devices from establishing unwanted VPN connections to your network. To grant VPN server privileges to a new hub, you must manually enable the QuWAN QBelt VPN server function in QuWAN Orchestrator.

Grant VPN Server Permissions

  1. Log in to QuWAN Orchestrator.
  2. Go to VPN Server Settings > QuWAN QBelt VPN Server.
  3. Locate the newly added hub.
  4. Click  to enable the server function on the hub.

Assign Hub Access to VPN Users

  1. Go to VPN Server Settings > Privilege Settings.
  2. Identify the QVPN client.
  3. Under Action, click.
The Edit VPN User Settings window appears.
  4. Under QuWAN QBelt VPN Server Settings, select the newly added hub as an assessible hub.
  5. Click Save.
