What to do if it is reported that an APP has not digital QNAP signature.

If the app Center detects that an app does not have QNAP digital signature, close to it will appear an exclamation mark. 

 

 

In this case we can download the app again from the APP center (https://www.qnap.com/en/app_center/) and reinstall it manually ( https://www.qnap.com/en/how-to/knowledge-base/article/how-to-install-qnap-applications-qpkg-files-manually/).

 

This should solve the issue for QNAP apps, in case that the app is a third party one and not available in QNAP app center you will need to allow the installation of the application without a valid digital signature. This can be done directly from the app center settings.
