How to switch my NAS system from QuTS Hero to QTS

Scenarios:
I would like to switch my NAS system from QuTS Hero to QTS because I cannot find some Apps in the App Center.
Solution:
Please follow the steps below to proceed it:

Important: Make sure you have already backed up all data of the NAS first.

Shutdown NAS and unplug all disks from both front and rear disk slots.

Remove M.2 SSD if any

The NAS must be connected to the Internet to be able to change

Power on the NAS and enter NAS web management page.

After entering the webpage, please click on the QTS button to switch it to QTS system.

The system starts performing to switch to QTS
-
The system will restart after switching OS.
-
Plug-in all hard drives and then start the QTS system installation.
-
Done.
