How do I apply a myQNAPcloud SSL certificate to my NAS after purchasing a license?

- License center 1.8.56, 1.9.56, 2.0.42 and later
Procedure
After purchasing a myQNAPcloud SSL certificate, you must apply the certificate to your NAS.
The procedures vary, depending on where you purchased the SSL certificate.
Purchased from the myQNAPcloud website
Log in to your NAS as an administrator.
Go to myQNAPcloud > SSL Certificate.
The purchased myQNAPcloud SSL certificate appears on the list.
Select the certificate and follow the on-screen instructions to apply the certificate to your NAS.
Once installed, confirm that the certificate status is Active.
Purchased from the QNAP Software Store
After purchasing a myQNAPcloud SSL certificate using your QNAP ID, you must activate the license first and then install the certificate on your NAS.
You can check your purchased SSL certificate and other licenses in License Manager.
Step 1: Activate a myQNAPcloud SSL Certificate
You can activate the license using one of the following methods:
Method 1: Activate an SSL Certificate in License Manager
Enable myQNAPcloud Link
On the NAS, go to myQNAPcloud > myQNAPcloud Link.
Enable myQNAPcloud Link.
Ensure that the myQNAPcloud Link status is Normal.
Activate the SSL License
Go to License Manager.
Sign in with your QNAP ID.
Locate the SSL certificate license and click Activate.
Enter your NAS username and password, then click Allow.
Review the license information, including:
License name
Available seats
Currently activated seats on this NAS
Click OK to continue.
After activation is complete, click Done.
Method 2: Activate an SSL Certificate in License Center
You can also activate the SSL certificate directly on the NAS using License Center.
This method does not require myQNAPcloud Link.
On the NAS, go to License Center > Licenses on Device.
Locate your SSL certificate license.
Click Activate License.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete activation.
Step 2: Install a myQNAPcloud SSL Certificate
After successfully activating the SSL license, you can install the certificate on your NAS.
On the NAS, go to myQNAPcloud > SSL Certificate.
Click Install.
If only one SSL certificate is available, the system installs the certificate automatically.
If multiple SSL certificates are available, select the certificate you want to install and click Install.
If no SSL certificates are shown, verify that:
The purchase was successful
The license has been activated
The NAS is signed in with the correct QNAP ID
After Installation
Once installation is complete, the system displays the following information:
SSL Certificate Status: Active
Applied to:
yourname.myqnapcloud.comIssued by: myQNAPcloud
Your NAS can now be accessed securely over HTTPS.
