Why is “View previous versions” unavailable when Version control in Qsync Central is enabled?

Scenario

Version Control is enabled in Qsync Central. When I right-click a file in the Qsync paired folder in Windows File Explorer or Mac Finder, the "View previous versions" option does not appear.

Limitations

The NAS Shared folder and Received Team Folder in the Qsync client paired folder do not support Version Control.

Only files and subfolders under the Qsync folder support Version Control. For advanced settings, users can configure whether all files and subfolders or specific subfolders under the Qsync folder enable Version Control.
