Some customers may wonder why they cannot see the content from other users in Homes. Well, if the customer has the data synchronized via Qsync, the folder might be hidden, in that case, it is necessary to activate to show the hidden folders in the File Station settings, so the data can be seen, even when logged as admin user, refer to the picture below showing how to enable the function to see hidden folders in the File Station.
