Why did I fail to playback recording on QVR Pro Client under Windows?

All NAS series that support QVR Pro feature

If the video is H.265 format, purchase and installi the video extension on Windows is required. There will be a popup “HEVC Video Extensions” purchase notification when trying to play the video.
When the playback is more than 14 days of recordings, the QVR Pro Gold or QVR Pro Unlimited Playback license is required.
