Where can I view the Qsync files of every user?

  1. Log in to QTS as an administrator.

  2. Go to Control Panel > Privilege > Shared Folders > Share Folder.

    1. Locate homes in the shared folder list and click Edit Shared Folder Permission.
    2. Click Add and assign the Read/Write permission.
    3. Apply the setting.

  3. Open File Station.

    1. Click img(More settings) in the top-right corner.
    2. In the General tab enable the option Show hidden files on NAS.
    3. A folder named .Qsync appears in every user’s home folder.
