What should I do if the Qhora-301W firmware update failed in the QuRouter web UI?

Please make sure the Qhora-301W WAN port can normal connect to the internet first, reboot your Qhora-301W router device (in QuRouter web UI System > System settings > Restart / Reset / Backup /Restore page), then recheck the QuRouter web UI can normal update new version of firmware or not? If the QuRouter web UI still cannot normal update firmware, please download Qhora-301W firmware file from QNAP download website & check if it can manually update firmware in QuRouter web UI Firmware update > “Manual update” this option or not?
