Important
- Container Station version 3.0 downgrades are not supported to prevent potential incompatibilities.
- Make sure Notification Center is up-to-date (version 1.6.1.1806 or later) to ensure you keep getting notifications about your containers.
- Notifications rules are reset after updating Container Station to version 3.0. Recreate notification rules after the update to keep receiving app alerts.
- Container Station 3 has deprecated LXC container support. Ensure a pre-update backup of all critical container data and files to prevent potential data loss. Migration processes has the following effects on LXC containers:
- 64-bit devices: Existing LXC containers are converted to LXD containers during update.
- 32-bit devices: Existing LXC containers are removed during update.
