How do I back up the surveillance settings of QVR Pro?

Procedure

To download a backup file of your surveillance settings, follow the steps below.

Open QVR Pro.
Go to Surveillance System > QVR Pro Backup/Restore.
Click Backup.

If you cannot start QVR Pro, you can manually back up the surveillance settings using File Station.

Log in to your NAS as an administrator.
Open File Station.
Go to the volume where your QVR Pro is installed. (e.g., DataVol1, DataVol2)
Go to QVRProAppData > AutoConfigBack.
