A QNAP ID is used to sign in to a myQNAPcloud account where you can remotely access, manage, and share files stored on your QNAP devices.
If you need to recover the password for your QNAP ID, use the Forgot Password option on the myQNAPcloud sign in page.
Why is my QNAP ID locked?
To ensure the security of your account, QNAP locks your QNAP ID if the Forgot Password option had been used too many times within a short period.
When will my account unlock?
The system automatically unlocks your QNAP ID the following day.
