Why does WinRAR show file names as unrecognized characters and fail to decompress files compressed with Web File Manager?

Answer:

This is because Web File Manager uses UTF-8 encoding for compression. WinRAR v3.92 and earlier versions cannot fully support UTF-8 encoded files. Please use latest WinRAR or WinZip as an alternative solution for decompression.
