Why can't the NAS surveillance apps scan my cameras automatically

Root Cause

The auto scan feature is passed the UPnP for detecting the compatible cameras or ONVIF cameras in the same network. If you disable the UPnP function whatever in camera or Router, QNAP auto scan may detect nothing. For such cases, please direct configure cameras on in the surveillance apps manually
