Why can I not open the Q'center Virtual Appliance after changing its IP address using a command-line interface?

If you change the IP address of the Q'center Virtual Appliance using a command-line interface, then it must be restarted for the new IP to take effect. Otherwise, the Q'center Virtual Appliance will not be accessible after its IP changes. It is recommended to only change the IP address using the web interface (in "Settings" > "Guest OS Settings"). Then you can still access Q'center Virtual Appliance after changing its IP address without needing to restart it.
