This happens when your QTS firmware version is 4.1.x and PHP version is 5.5. If you update Signage Station from 1.2 to Signage Station 2.0 then you will be redirected to FAQ page on opening Signage Station 2.0. In this case, you must uninstall your PHP 5.5 package and run Signage Station 2.0 again. Once you do that, you can recover your previous data.
