How to configure QmailAgent to backup e-mail from an IMAP server?

This process connects QmailAgent with an Internet Message Access Protocol (IMAP4) server.
- Open QmailAgent.
- Click "Add Account".
- Click the "IMAP" button.
- Enter the name displayed to e-mail recipients in the "Display Name" field.
- Enter the e-mail address in the "E-mail Address" field.
- Select the location for stored e-mails and attachments.
- Enter the account name used to access the mail server in the "Username" field.
Note: In some cases this will be the e-mail address entered earlier. - Enter the password in the "Password" field.
- Enter the incoming mail server name in the "IMAP server" field.
- Enter the outgoing mail server name in the "SMTP server" field.
Note: IMAP4 servers can be used to retrieve e-mails, but you must configure an SMTP server to send messages. - Click "Add" to test the connection.
