How do I determine which language to set for FTP?

If you need to connect to the Turbo NAS via FTP, please follow the steps below to configure the language setting:

In “System Settings-Language Setting” page, select the language that most users use.
If your FTP client does not support Unicode, e.g. Internet Explorer, CuteFTP, WSFTP or Command-Prompt FTP, go to “Network Settings-FTP Service” page and disable Unicode support.
If your FTP client supports Unicode, e.g. FileZilla, enable Unicode support in the client. Then go to “Network Settings-FTP Service” page and enable Unicode support. Check if the files can be properly displayed in Internet Explorer.
