Can Hyper Data Protector perform backups even if It fails taking the snapshot?

Unfortunately it is not possible to continue the backup in HDP (Hyper data protector) if it fails to take the Snapshot.

Taking the snapshot could not be disabled from HDP, the snapshot is a HDP requirement to run the backup, so please be sure that you have enough free space in the Storage Pool for it.
