How do I uninstall and reinstall the built-in version of the Helpdesk app?

Root Cause

On some legacy models, the Helpdesk application is built-in to the NAS firmware and can not be uninstalled from the App Center. This version of the Helpdesk application must be uninstall/reinstalled using the command line.

Procedure

Use the following command to uninstall the Helpdesk app.
```
/mnt/HDA_ROOT/update_pkg/helpdesk/.uninstall.sh
```
Use the following command to reinstall the built-in version of the Helpdesk app.
```
/mnt/HDA_ROOT/update_pkg/helpdesk.bin
```
