Why does the video display incorrectly encoded characters when importing subtitles on a smart phone or tablet?

Qvideo only supports Unicode, Unicode big endian, and UTF-8 for SRT files. To display the correct subtitles, check that you are using a supported encoding type before importing the SRT file.
