What information do I need to collect when I report my problems to QNAP?

Describe the problem in detail (steps to reproduce the problem, results, failure rates, etc) and attach the diagnosis report along with your report to the QNAP Helpdesk. To generate the report, click "i", open the "About" dialog and click “Generate Debug Report”.
