Please make sure that your myQNAPcloud ID is enabled and your account validated through your email. If you cannot find the e-mail to verify your myQNAPcloud ID, please click on the “resend” button on the myQNAPcloud page.
If you already enabled your myQNAPcloud ID (QID), please make sure that in your myQNAPcloud page, the “Auto router configuration” does not display an exclamation mark. If it does, please refer to the topic: “In myQNAPcloud page, there is an exclamation mark next to the “Auto Router Configuration” tab, what should I do?”
