How to manually load Apache Web Server modules on a NAS?

Applied Models:

  1. Use SSH to log in to the NAS as an administrator.
  2. Load the following file in a text editor: /etc/config/apache/extra/apache-default-modules.conf
  3. Add required modules to this file.
Examples of how to add modules to the apache-default-modules.conf file:

    LoadModule authn_file_module modules/mod_authn_file.so

    LoadModule authn_core_module modules/mod_authn_core.so

    LoadModule authz_user_module modules/mod_authz_user.so

    LoadModule auth_basic_module modules/mod_auth_basic.so

Note 1: To view the list of available Apache modules, go to: /usr/local/apache/modules

Note 2: To restore the default apache-default-modules.conf file, log in to QTS as an administrator and go to “Main Menu” -> “Control Panel” -> “Applications” -> “Web Server” -> “Web Server” -> “Maintenance”, and then click  “Restore”.
