Why do my Seagate IronWolf disks show "Not available" in IronWolf Health Management?

In order for the system to recognize your disks support IronWolf Health Management, please first run a test on these disks.

This is done in Control Panel > Storage & Snapshots > Storage > Disks/VJBOD > Disk Health > Test

Select your IronWolf disk(s) here and click on Test. It will take a few minutes to complete.

Once the test is done you will see the following:

Please note that only Seagate IronWolf™ and IronWolf Pro™ disks that are 4TB or higher in capacity are IronWolf Health Management enabled. Please refer to the manufacturer’s website for more detailed information.

If your disks still don’t show up, please contact us via our Helpdesk.
