What should I do if I block myself in QuFirewall?

Solution

If you find that you can't access the NAS after applying QuFirewall settings or connecting the ethernet cable to a different port on the NAS, you should perform a hardware reset for 3 seconds to restore the default settings of the system and the network (QuFirewall included). The NAS should then allow you to connect again.

Note

After a hardware reset, the password of the default admin account reverts to the default password of the NAS. Click here for more information.
