Why does QVR Face not recognize when a mask is being worn?

If QVR Face does not recognize wearing masks after mask detection mode is activated, you should check the following.

The person's mask should cover their nose and mouth.
The person should directly face the camera.
The camera should be positioned in an area with sufficient lighting, and without light shining directly into the camera lens.
