Why can’t I see the picture thumbnails in Qfile?

Solution

Please login to your NAS web management page using a NAS administrator group's account.
Install and start Multimedia Console in App Center if it has not been installed yet.

Launch File Station and then click on 3 dots at top-right corner to choose Settings.
Select Multimedia tab and then enable Support multimedia playback, streaming, and thumbnail display option.
