Issue with shutdown machines

Please run hardware test procedure to confirm whether there is any hardware problem:

 

       Please confirm 2 parts:

  1. Do you have the original RAM?

  2. Do you have the original power cord?

 

       Then follow these steps to test and monitor what it shows /sounds

                1. Turn off the NAS

                2. Remove all hard drives from NAS and devices (ex usb, etc ..)

                3. Turn on the NAS without any hard drives- do you hear a short beep 

                     after 10-15 seconds?

                      Yes  ⇒ please go to next  step, No => maybe there is hardware issue

                 4. After 3-5 minutes you should hear another beep, do you hear the        

                     second beep?

                     Yes => please go to next step , No => maybe firmware (on MB) issue 

                 5. Open Qfinder Pro, select your NAS.

                 6. Insert the hard drives again.

If the machine would start up to step 6 ,the hardware problem would be rare and please contact local support’s help to check more detail.
