Procedure
- QNAP NAS can receive two kinds of RFC format log:
- QuLog center support to receive RFC-5424 format log:
Go to Qulog Center > Log Receiver > General Settings. On this page, you can setup the receiver port.
- Syslog server support to receive RFC-3164 format log:
Go to Control panel > Syslog Server > Server Settings. On this page, you can setup the receiver port.
- QNAP NAS can send two kinds of RFC format log
- QuLog center support to send RFC-5424 format log:
Go to Qulog Center > Log Sender > Send to Qulog Center. On this page, you can setup the destination of the log receiver device supporting RFC-5424.
- QuLog center support to send RFC-3164 format log:
Go to Qulog Center > Log Sender > Send to Syslog Server. On this page, you can setup the destination of the log receiver device supporting RFC-3164.
