Scenario
The error message “Access denied” appears when opening Download Station
Your user account does not have permission to use Download Station. These settings can be changed by going to Control Panel > Privilege > Users and clicking the “application” icon.
Download Station is "offline"
This may be an issue with the NAS Web Server. You can stop and restart the Download Station app in the App Center, or restart the Web Server from Control Panel > Applications > Web Server.
BT search displays no results
- BT search might be disabled. Check the BT search settings in Download Station > Settings > Global > Search.
- Your DNS settings are incorrect. Check the current settings in Network & Virtual Switch.
- Your ISP is blocking torrent websites, or the website is currently offline. You can test this by going to the website in your web browser or by using a website like https://down.com/.
