Why are some subfolders not deleted when performing the delete operation to a Qsync paired folder in File Explorer?

Files within these subfolders may still be in use by some apps, meaning the file and its folder cannot be deleted. Once the files are no longer in use by any apps, you can attempt to delete them again.
