What can I do if I cannot find my camera on QVR Pro?

- QVR Pro
- Make sure your camera is compatible with QNAP: QVR Pro Camera Compatibility List.
- Make sure your camera hardware version is the same as the QNAP tested one: My camera is in the QNAP list but it won't work
- About non-supported cameras, please select the generic models (Generic RTSP or ONVIF). I bought a new camera but cannot find the camera model in QNAP
