How do I enable or disable email notifications in Mattermost?

If your system admin has enabled email notifications, then you can enable or disable email notifications from the following path:
(Menu) ≡ → Account Settings → Notifications → email notifications → edit
If you are a system admin, you can enable or disable email notifications for the team members by the following path:
(Menu) ≡ → System console → Notifications → email → enable email notifications
To enable email notifications, click on True and save
To disable email notifications, click on False and save.
