One thing is certain, the performance of the new NAS is great, and definitely is different from the previous model, so it deserves our recommendations. What we do like is the fact there is excellent communication with customers via the official forums, and the fact many requests and ideas were realized in practice. QNAP is constantly working to improve the performance and features of NAS's, and this is the best proof.
