With Thin provisioning, you can over-allocate the capacity of iSCSI LUN during initial setup regardless of the physical storage limit. When the capacity of the volume is going to be full, you can expand the storage capacity by “online RAID capacity expansion” or adjust or remove unused volume space according to your demand.
