The TS-809 Pro is a versatile device for companies that need a flexible and powerful solution. Apart from being a powerful NAS for important files, it can work also with multimedia functions like storage of photos, movies and music, fully compliant to UPnp, DLNA and Apple iTunes standards. It can also work as a centralized and automatic download station with support for P2P Emule and BitTorrent trackers with NAT support.
On the security side in business environments and to protect important data, this model is the top as it allows also to connect up to 4 IP Cameras and to record the stream of each camera. In this way it is possible to have a centralized unit for backup and security.

The TS-419P reviewed today shares all the same features as TS-219P but also increases the storage capacity to four drives instead of two while also adding an LCD to the front.  If you are looking for more storage for your home theater environment this is a good solution.  It's more than capable of streaming HD content to and from your HTPC without causing any buffering.  And with a max storage capacity of 8TB it's hard to go wrong.  After using the review unit for a couple of weeks I have seen nothing but stability from it.  It runs silently and uses very little power.  With the addition of the other features that QNAP has designed into their units which are accessible via a nice looking, easy to use interface, the TS-419P offering is a very good product.  Its size and looks allow it to fit into almost any setting and QNAP has suggested a reasonable price for what you get @ $599.  All in all, if this unit fits your needs you will not have any regrets.

On top of its perfect finish, it read multimedia files stored on the internal hd or from the network. This model can also access web services and is a bt download server. It is compatible with many multimedia formats, it reads effortlessly HD files and audio tracks, including DTS.

The TS-219P being offered from QNAP is one such option and as you've seen it has many features to offer in addition to its storage capability.  The TS-219P can house two drives for a total capacity of up to 4TB.  After using the review unit for a couple of weeks now I have seen nothing but stability from it.  It runs silently and uses very little power.  Adding to that all of the other features that QNAP has designed into their units accessible via a nice looking, easy to use interface, the TS-219P offering is a very good product.  Its size and looks allow it to fit into almost any setting and QNAP has suggested a reasonable price.  All in all, if this unit fits your needs I don't think you will have any regrets. This unit is MissingRemote Recommended.
